Embarking on my UX journey
My journey began in the enchanting city of Sevilla, Spain. At 23, I ventured to San Francisco, drawn by its vibrant, multicultural energy. Later, I made Los Angeles my home, captivated by its diversity and creative spirit.

I channeled my passion for design into specializing in UX design, blending my expertise in global culturalization, languages, and human connections. This journey continues to inspire my creative work and shape my unique perspective on the world.
What I've been working on
One of my most rewarding projects this year was collaborating in a PI Planning initiative where we accomplished:

Training Efficiency: Reduced the dropout rate of new users by 10% by condensing the training module from 45 minutes to a succinct 5-minute session.

Script Enhancements: Revamped the new user's scripts and refined the language in Abandoned Cart, significantly improving engagement.

Agile Localization: Adopted an agile approach to content optimization via the Mural retrospective portal, streamlining processes and improving accuracy in estimates.

Collaborative Success: Achieved a substantial volume of revised and improved copy within just 5 months, thanks to a collaborative team effort.
What I'm curious about
As a UX designer, it’s crucial to look out for cultural references, culture affects design trends across platforms—whether it's fashion or website design, UX or UI.

With a background in content strategy, UX design, and a strong curiosity for generative AI, my career has taken me through a wide range of industries and projects. Whether I'm simplifying complex workflows, writing clear and compelling microcopy, or leading teams through a design-thinking process, I always aim to create value—for both users and businesses.
